I run our Tour Guide program over at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. We have around 70 tour guides, and 125 student ambassadors.

Hi everyone,

Greetings from NYU! I am emailing to inquire about the process by which you train your student ambassadors/tour guides to give tours to prospective students and families.

Here at NYU, we have about 150 student ambassadors. As you can imagine, with such a large group, it can be challenging to get them trained quickly and fully. I am reaching out to see if anyone has any resources they'd like to share or if anyone would be willing to connect over the phone.
