[civsa] Scholarship Competition Inquiry

We are looking to improve the way we entertain parents/guests of
prospective students who are on campus during our scholarship competition.
There is a time when the prospective students are in interviews for about
1.5-2 hours. I would love ideas on what you guys are doing with
parents/guests during your interview times.
