Hello CIVSA colleagues, 

I am looking for any recommendations for a scanner system that user is friendly both for staff members and students?

On our campus we hosts several college fairs each year, and numerous amounts of events. Feedback we receive constantly is how can we facilitate retrieving student's info when they attend our events. 

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
