[civsa] ERx Users - Campus Visit itineraries

Hi Everyone,
For all of the ERx users, how do you do Campus Visit itineraries?  Right
now we are still doing this through Word and then copy/pasting and emailing
the schedules to the student.  Is there some sort of emailing template or
itinerary template that you use through ERx?  This would make it so much
easier then having to do everything in Word and then copy/paste and logging.
