Hey CIVSA,



For those of you that do programming with your academic units and receive
special requests for campus tours, do any of you have a letter of intent or
partnership form that lists services provided and expectations of the
partnership? We sometimes have units that make requests that are
unrealistic, untimely, or simply not within our realm of services. These
requests are typically to fill in time from their already planned program –
we are looking to be more of a first stop shop than a filler.



Does anyone have thoughts, ideas, or forms that they could share? Any
information would be beneficial.
