[civsa] Tour Reminders

Courtney,

We send an automatic confirmation email as soon as a student registers for
a campus visit, this is the first message below.  Then we follow up with a
"reminder" email 36 hours before their visit, this is the second message
below.  Both are set up to go out automatically from our CRM Slate.

We have really found that the 36 hour reminder email is helpful for
reducing no contact, no shows.  A lot of people reply if they need to
cancel, giving us time to remove them from the registration.

*CONFIRMATION EMAIL: *

Dear _______,

We're so glad that you'll be visiting! Here are the details regarding your
visit on *Wednesday, June 14, 2017*at *1:00 PM*. The information session
and campus tour usually last between two and two and a half hours.

Please arrive fifteen minutes early to check in at our Admissions Welcome
Center in College Hall, the pink marble mansion located on the bay at *351
College Drive, Sarasota, FL 34243*. For driving directions, campus maps and
information regarding accommodations in the area, please visit our website
at ncf.edu/visit-campus. Parking is located in front of College Hall; if
you need a parking pass please let us know when you arrive.

Much of the campus tour takes place outdoors and covers a fair amount of
ground so dress for comfort! Most of our tour guests prefer wearing
sneakers or walking shoes. If you are not comfortable with a walking tour
or if you need any special accommodations, please let us know ahead of time
and we’ll do our best to make special arrangements for you.
