Hello CIVSA,

I missed so many of you at conference last week! 

I have a question for schools/ professionals who are both events/visits folks and admission counselors. 

How many days/ hours per week do you spend on file review in fall and spring? 

How does this compare to non- events counselors in your office?

How many visit team members do you have? 

Do you supervise staff/students/tour guides? How much time per week do you allocate to this?

Our office is looking to move to committee based review model and it seems like this could require many more hours per week from myself and my team.
