[civsa] Tour guide uniforms

Hi Suzanne,
We provide our tour guides with 2 polos when they first start and 1
additional each year they return. We require them to wear their polo for
every event they work (tours and special events) with their choice of
bottoms. We do tell them though that bottoms must be work appropriate and
girls can't wear super short shorts, I need to see them under your polo.
We've found that a lot of the boys wear typical shorts and girls wear
anything from shorts, skirts, jeans... It allows them to show a bit of
their personality but also look professional.
We currently do not provide name tags however, this is something I am
looking into for next year.
