[civsa] Incentives/Awards for Ambassadors?

Good day!

We're looking to change our awards/incentives for Ambassadors-Tour Guides and were wondering what others are doing.

Do you have different levels that ambassadors can achieve? Are there different "awards"? If you could share your ideas it would be greatly appreciated!
