[civsa] Storing guest luggage procedures

Hello all!

Do any of store luggage for guests attending a campus visit or events? What procedures or protocols do you follow? We have been getting more and more families ask us to store luggage, and while we do not want to be liable, we also want to provide the best experience for our guests. :) So I come to you, the collective, to seek guidance.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
