[civsa] Training for New and Returning Ambassadors

Greetings Colleagues,


I am in the process of preparing for our Fall Campus ambassador training. We will spend 5 full days prior to the start of the semester reviewing procedures, tour training, customer service, campus knowledge, student wellness/stress management, etc. About half of my ambassadors will be returners and the other half will be new. Do any of you have their returners go through the same training as your newly hired ambassadors? I want to promote team-building and cohesion amongst the entire group, but any methods you have to make the message relevant and engaging for both new and returning ambassadors would be great!
