[civsa] Group interview questions/activity help

Hello Hillary!

One of my favorite activities for group interviews is to have a small group work together to come up with a "commercial" about our University. Usually we give them about 5-10 min to come up with their commercials and then time to present. These mini-skits are usually really fun and creative. Plus they showcase their group work and communication styles!

We are holding group interviews for our new tour guides on Monday and Tuesday of next week and are panicking last minute thinking of questions since we have never done group interviews, only individual. Each interview will have three potential candidates in it and will last 30 minutes.

I am trying to think of an activity to start them off with to see how well they work together as a team, does anyone have any suggestions?
