[civsa] Showing Residence Hall Rooms!

Hello - we have a showroom designated for daily tours.  On Accepted Student
Days, we find current students who are willing to show their different
rooms since we have apartment housing and a suite option (4 first years
sharing a space) that our accepted students do like to see.
