[civsa] Showing Residence Hall Rooms!

[Campus Tours]

Hi Danae,

With us being a mainly commuter campus, guest have the option of viewing a suite at the end of their tour. The showroom is located in one of our housing buildings that is not currently occupied by students. Since it is only a 2 bedroom suite, we often get request to view larger rooms. However that is only made available during Open House or Orientation where they can then view a 6-bedroom suite.

I'm curious about how your institutions handle showing residence hall rooms to your prospective students? Do you all include showing a room on your campus tour, or have a separate tour, specifically for showing residence hall room(s)? Maybe both?
