[civsa] Admitted student shadow visits

Hello Kendra,

We usually have students send their information (Academic/Extracurricular
interests, contact info, high school, etc.), then choose students with
similar interests to pair them with. In the fall we hold two days, Monday
and Friday, to host students. For each day there are about 10 slots total
(5 for morning and 5 for afternoon) which students can sign up for. The
students in the morning are hosted from 8:45am - 1:00pm, and the students
in the afternoon are hosted from 12:25pm - 4:00pm. The same schedule works
for Spring except we have that schedule for Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
During that time the student follows the host to a class, the dining hall,
and wherever the student is interested in going. If the student can follow
the host to a class we usually print out a list of available classes to
attend while they are here connected to their interests. Hope this helps!
