[civsa] Events Communication Plan

Good morning!

Our office is looking into adding an events communication plan to our current plan.  Does anyone already have something like that in place?  We have an extensive plan already that definitely encourages them to visit and check out our events.  But, we would like to have a separate plan that focuses on our specific events.

Any feedback or examples would be greatly appreciated!
