Good afternoon everyone!
I wanted to get a glimpse into what your institutions do or don't provide in terms of refreshments in your Visitor Centers. I would love it if you could take a picture of your refreshment area and send to me. I'd also like to know:

1. Do you provide drinks? If so, what kind (i.e. coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, water machine like Nestle or Ozarka service)

2. Do you provide snacks (ex: cookies, signature candy from your school, etc.)

3. Do you have personalized cups, bottled water, napkins, etc.

4. Are these items available all day or just during campus tour times?

5. Is this a part of your office's budget or does it come from another area (ex: partnership with Dining Services if they provide cookies during the tour as you walk through the cafeteria or something like that)?

Thanks in advance for your willingness to help! :)
Dee
