[civsa] Shift scheduling system

Same with us! We post their schedules on When2Work two weeks in advance, based on their availability, and if they can't make a scheduled shift it is up to them to get it covered (or come in).
We also approve/deny any time off requests two weeks in advance.

We use WhentoWork, but it's the student's responsibility to get their shift covered if they can't make it anymore.

Does anyone have a good shift scheduling system that doesn't allow student to make changes after a certain point? I need something for my monthly office workers but I don't want them to be able to cancel shifts at the last minute, thanks!
