We don't have a specific policy regarding tattoos or piercings. Our belief is that these students represent the culture of Michigan, and people take tours to get a sense of the student body.

However, students have to wear their polo and shorts or shirts have to hit the knee.

We have several student ambassadors who have visible tattoos and excessive piercings. Our dress code states that tattoos have to be covered and excessive piercings removed while they are at work. We are afraid that parents of prospective students will find them offensive.  How do you handle these in your office?
