[civsa] Student Ambassador hiring

Hi All!



When my colleague and I were at the CIVSA Annual Conference in San Diego we came across some of you who use an "American Idol" type audition to hiring student ambassadors. We are looking at revamping our hiring process and would like to integrate this model into our process. If anyone does an audition type of hiring, could you let me know what questions you use and what this looks like?
