Hello CIVSA Land,

I hope you are well!

We are about to begin hiring several new students as members of our
ambassador/tour guide team. I am revamping the interview process this year
to make it more holistic and to find students who would be a truly great
fit for such a role. If you feel your school has a well-developed or unique
hiring process, I would so appreciate learning more about what it is you
are doing!
