Hey everyone!  Happy Friday and Happy Veteran's Day!

Last month, I forwarded a job posting for Supervisor of Admissions Information Services.  We posted that urgently, but found it was lacking in a few aspects, and in the interim, I was able to successfully lobby for a pay increase and some additional duties.

It has now been re-branded and re-posted as the Coordinator of Admissions Information Services.  Some of the additions include increased responsibility for telecounseling and phone-a-thon campaigns, plus a new focus on assessment and evaluation when it comes to our customer service operations.  This position will focus less on being on the phones and more on crafting the message of what is being said on the phones, and making sure their student team, the Admissions Assistants, are well trained in both domestic and international admissions.  This position is listed at $35,000 and will also be a member of CIVSA.
