Hello Edwin,

Georgia Tech has used Survey Monkey for a while, but our whole campus just converted to Qualtrics. I have used this personally in the past and find it gives more in terms of functionality, ways to divide your audience and types of questions you can format. The data output is also better and easier to manipulate. I would also say the surveys in general look more professional and can be more uniform from one department to the next on your campus.
