[civsa] Class & Overnight Shadow/Host Matching/Scheduling Software

Hi all,
Long time reader, first time poster!

We are looking into a new system for our class and overnight shadowing
program for admitted students that happens almost daily from January to
May. Do any of you have a software that you use that you would recommend?
Or on the flip side, one you use or have used that you wouldn't recommend?
