[civsa] Capturing Visitor Info During Off Hours

Hello!

I am writing to ask if anyone can share with me how they capture information for visitors who come to campus when the office or visitor center is closed. We are looking for a way for prospective students who come to campus when we aren't here to provide us with their info to ensure that they are entered into our system and are recognized as having visited.
