[civsa] Visitor/Welcome Center Advice

At The University of Rhode Island we are currently building a new
visitor/welcome center.
We are in the final planning stages with our architectures and were
wondering if anyone who oversees their center has any advice for us.
Perhaps something you wish you had in your center, would have done
differently, or love and couldn't live without.
