[civsa] One-day tour training agenda

Good afternoon CIVSA!
I am in the process of planning a one-day refresher training day for my students as we approach the new school year and wanted to get some ideas to ensure that the experience is new and fresh for them.  If you all have any one-day training itineraries that you would be willing to share, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Also, if you know of any good, fun team-building activities that would relate to talking with guests, customer service, public speaking, or just fun stuff for the students, I'd greatly appreciate anything you could share! Thanks so much. :)
