[civsa] Urgent Ambassador Advice Needed

Hello everyone and happy Monday!

I come into work today with some very disturbing news from our campus tour this Saturday.

We had about 45 total people show up for the Saturday tour. We had five Ambassadors on duty. Our Ambassadors full well know that group sizes should be about 12-15, however, it became clear to me that instead, they decided to do split the group in half and do two team tours instead. One with two ambassadors leading, the other with three leading.

After a phone call from an angry dad, I discovered a negative evaluation had been discarded in the trash. Then, upon further examination of the evaluations, I noticed that nearly all of them have been altered. Someone took a pen and crossed out the name of the other ambassador(s) for that particular tour. Example: Ambassador A and B were both written on the eval by the guest, but someone took and crossed out Ambassador A's name on one eval, and Ambassador B's name on another.

Tl;dr - Ambassadors did not split the tour correctly, threw away a negative eval, and then altered the rest of the evals to possibly hide the fact that they did group tours.

I am seeking advice on what kind of corrective action I should employ...

Suggestions?

Scott
