[civsa] Campus Tour/Campus Safety

Good afternoon CIVSA -

I realize that we have had quite a few emails on the listserv recently regarding tours/events during a campus emergency - in fact, this is a topic that interests me.

Just wanted to double check and see what you folks have in place regarding training for tour guides on how to respond?

Does anyone have an actual written plan?

Greetings & Happy New Year!

I wanted to ask - do any of you all have procedures for your tours in the event there is a campus emergency? I would hope that our tour guide would remain calm for our guests and seek the closest safe shelter; however, not sure that we have something in place. Best to be prepared!
