[civsa] Orientation Leader Hiring Process

Hi All,
In addition to supervising our tour guides in the office, I also oversee our Orientation Leaders in the summer. We are gearing up for the hiring process and typically do a group interview that involves a student panel, a roundtable discussion with senior Orientation Leaders, and a "group activity" (something to see how they work in a group setting.)
We're hoping to change things up a bit this year after having the same hiring process for the past five years. Does anyone have any best practices or group interview activities that they've found work really well?
We'll have about 60 applicants for 12 positions - so it's pretty selective. We normally narrow down the pool after the group process and do individual interviews before making a selection.
