[civsa] Senior Ambassador/Guide Duties

[Mandart, Jaclyn]

We ask our senior guides to help run a few committees (selection, new guide
training), help plan community building events (e.g. game night, public
speaking workshop), send weekly updates to guides, and coordinate guide
schedules/keep track of attendance.
