Hello! Here’s our survey for Admitted Student Day. We send this out on the Monday after each event (which is on Fridays), to both students and their guests. We’ve gotten a pretty good response. We do not do a paper evaluation.

Hello Everyone,

We are looking at our event and our individual visit survey process.   Does anyone have samples of surveys that they use and feel work well?  If so, would you be willing to share.

Also, do you do a paper evaluation method or are your surveys completed by the students online?
