[civsa] Secret Shoppers/Tour/Event Assessment

Hello Everyone and Happy Monday!

Can anyone provide me with insight into their process of Tour and Event
Assessment beyond just a survey. We are trying to conduct an in house
secret shopper process and I wanted to see if anyone has done this before
and what their process is.
