[civsa] Named visitor centers

Valparaiso University does. The funding for the Duesenberg Welcome Center
was provided by Phyllis and Richard Duesenberg, Valpo alumni. The
Duesenberg family has a very strong legacy at VU, and Phyllis and Dick are
very welcoming people, so their gift is appropriate and greatly appreciated.
