[civsa] Mutlicultural Student Programs

I am wondering if any of you offer programming specifically for 
multicultural students. Here at AU we have overnight visits in the Spring 
and Fall for multicultural students, and I am wondering how effective they 
are and if there are similar programs offered at other schools.
