[civsa] Alumni regional representatives

Hello CIVSA crew-

We are considering creating a volunteer alumni recruiter program in areas outside of our normal travel territories and in some of our smaller, tight-knit communities. Could you please send along any helpful training materials and/or contracts you have for similar programs, as well as what your alumni reps are empowered to do and any words of advice?
