The University of Arizona is seeking a highly motivated, organized, creative professional, who is committed to public higher education to assume the role of Assistant Director, Recruitment Events and Customer Relations. The Assistant Director will provide logistical and personnel support for all recruitment events. Is the supervisor/leader for recruitment programs and tours in the Office of Admissions, in-bound call center and front of house customer service. Hires, trains, supervise, and supports professional and student staff in areas of programs, tours and customer service. Plans, implements and evaluates recruitment programs and campus tours. Collaborates with admissions leaders and campus colleagues in design and implementation of University and college-related recruiting efforts, programs, and activities. Oversees proper expenditure of budget resources for programs, personnel, publications, mailings, materials, and travel.
