[civsa] polaroid photos

We've been using http://tapsnap.net/ at our events recently - if you go to the Stevenson University facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/stevensonuniversity) you can see some examples of the photos they have taken.

They post instantly to social media, and they typically have a printer to give them to visitors right after they've taken the photos.  Prices vary depending on what exactly you want them to do - but we've contracted with them for multiple events and they've given us a pretty good rate.
