Hi Alicia - Here's a template of our current evaluation (minus our logo).  Our tour guides give each student the evaluation once they've completed the tour and prior to the admission presentation. At the end of the presentation the counselor asks for any completed evaluations.

Our office is looking to update our current daily campus tour evaluation. I am looking for specific examples of different campus' evals. We are looking to continue with a paper eval that is given to guests immediately following their tour. Any and all information and resources are welcomed!
