Hello CIVSA!

I am excited to announce that Merrimack is seeking an Admission Counselor
for Visitor Services.  This is a brand new position and is my direct
report.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Merrimack College is seeking an Admission Counselor of Visitor Services.
The Admission Counselor for Visitor Services will be an integral part of
Admission team and the Office of Enrollment and Retention.  S/he will
organize the Welcome Center to ensure all prospective families and other
targeted campus visitors have the best possible visit experience at
Merrimack.   This position reports to the Director of Visitor Services.

This person works with visitors through every stage of the campus visit
process.  The Admission Counselor for Visitor Services will oversee the
appointment schedule, monitors the availability of visit opportunities and
coordinates those working in the Welcome Center to ensure a smooth
operation and best possible experience of all visitors.   This position
works closely with the Director of Visitor Services and other members of
the Welcome Center team to provide quality customer service and innovative
on campus programming.
