[civsa] tracking visitors

Hello Dee (and the rest of CIVSA),

Our CRM system (Slate) that has an event component, complete with check-in
for daily visits and events which tracks those registered and attended.  We
have student workers or professional staff check in everyone that comes
through the door, if they are not registered we get their information and
immediately add them into the system and the event registration.

Both numbers allow us to see no show rates for certain events, times,
dates, days, etc... helps us figure out how to put on the most highly
attended and impact visits and events.
