[civsa] Campus visit software

Valpo would also like to hear your thoughts about this as we begin
investigating scheduling software. We currently use S25/R25.  The programs
we are looking into are:

   1. CollegeNet Series25 - Web version of S25/R25,  (
   https://corp.collegenet.com/products/scheduling/scheduling.html)
   2. Event Management System (EMS) Software by DEA,  (
   http://www.dea.com/Industries/Education/HigherEd.aspx)
   3. Astra Schedule by Ad Astra Information Systems, (
   http://www.aais.com/products/astra-schedule)
   4. University Timetabling by Unitime, which is a web-based open source
   platform developed by research institutions, (http://www.unitime.org/)
