[civsa] Points System

Happy Tuesday everyone! I know in the past couple of weeks there have been questions about the point systems and a general overview of the program but could anyone provide a breakdown of you point system and how many points they have to receive before they can get a prize and if you have different levels that guides should reach before they qualify?
