[civsa] Summer Registration Events

Hello!
We are in the process of revamping our mid-summer registration/pre-orientation event. We used to do an overnight, 2-day event, but this year we are planning 2 different 1-day sessions, one in late spring the other in the summer. Would anyone mind sharing their schedules for such an event?
