[civsa] Online event registration systems and walkie-talkies for tours

Hi Dee,

We currently use walkie-talkies on our tours and for large visit programs
among key staff. We coordinated with our campus public safety office and
were able to get the same ones they use.  We have a different channel, but
in an emergency we can switch to the direct channel for campus safety
dispatch. Thankfully, we haven't had to do that, but it's a nice added
feature.
