[civsa] Junior Visit Days

Hey Trent,

Our Junior Preview Days mimic our Preview Days in almost every aspect
except for the name, it keeps accepted seniors away from these events.

However, I do try and make sure we adjust the messaging throughout the
day.  Spend more time covering Application tips and how we do review.
Making sure they understand the importance of a strong Senior year schedule
of classes, etc...

We always feel like the really interested students will be back the next
year so there is no need to really strain ourselves making tons of
experiences accessible.
