[civsa] CIVSA: Motivational incentives

Hi there!

At Temple we do an "Owl Of the Week" (Being that we are the Temple Owls!).
The student gets a certificate and is entered into a raffle at the end of
the year.  We also do a GEM (Going the Extra Mile) where the tour guides
nominate one of their fellows to be chosen for the award.  The winner is
chosen once a month and receives $50 in our on-campus currency.   This has
really boosted morale in our office since we began this in May.  The
students are always acknowledging each others strengths and enjoy
recognition.  I hope this helps!
