[civsa] Motivational Incentives

We've recently implanted a few things at UA to help motivate ambassadors to keep up the good work, be the best ambassadors they can be and volunteer for extra events when we need them. So far, here's what we've got: 
1. Ambassador of the Month (1 voted on by peers, on selected by our office)
2. Keynote speakers at Monthly Open House programs- for each 600+ person open house, we have a keynote student speaker and 2 students who share stories about our history and traditions during the morning welcome. Rather than have the same students each time (as done in the past), the keynotes change each event. They are selected based upon how committed they are to the organization (doing extra tours, attending trainings, etc). 
3. Travel- UA travels to different cities each fall and spring for recruitment events. We bring 2 ambassadors with us to each location. Their selection is now based upon commitment and going above and beyond normal duties (this is huge motivator).

Hi everyone!  I'm looking for new and exciting ways to motivate my Information Center staff and tour guides.  Some of my staff have been in a slump lately and I would love to hear ways that you motivate staff; competitions, games, or ways to encourage participation.   Thank you for your help!
