[civsa] Parking for Campus Tour Participants

Hello,

At the University of Utah, we also validate for up to 3 hours for parking which has it's pros and cons.  However, our visitors tend to appreciate this when visting campus for a tour.

For our visitors participating in our campus tours we actually validate their parking for the Bone Student Center parking lot so there will be no charge.
