[civsa] Parking for Campus Tour Participants

Hello Kirsten,

  Here at University of Idaho we are lucky enough to have a parking lot connected to the building which houses our Welcome Center. This is the lot we direct visiting students to park in for their campus tour. We attach a PDF, printable parking pass to the final confirmation we send to each of our visitors. This parking pass is numbered for our records, and date stamped. We have worked out a deal with our Parking and Transportation Office that allows our visitors to park anywhere on campus with this permit, so they can feel free to move around throughout the day.
